⚠️ Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please send it only to our warehouse,

📦 Conditions

• Items must be unused, clean, and undamaged.
• Please return in the original packaging.
• Labels and tags should still be attached to the item.
• Hygiene products are excluded from returns.
• Please inform us beforehand info@muffinandco.de via email.
• Return with tracking recommended.
• Item not in original condition? We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

💰 Refund

Refund will be processed via the original payment method. Other payment methods are not possible. Amount will be credited after receipt of the return or proof within 14 days.

🔄 Exchange

For other sizes or colors, please place a new order. Returned items will be credited upon receipt.

🛠 Complaints

For damaged items or issues, please contact us immediately.
