You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Important Notes:

The goods must be unworn, unused, and with all labels attached.

They must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) is required.

Consequences of Withdrawal

All payments, including delivery costs (except for more expensive shipping options), will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your cancellation declaration.

The refund will be made using the same payment method. No fees will be charged.

The return must be made immediately, at the latest within 14 days after notification. You will bear the costs (max. approx. 6.99 EUR within Germany).

You are only liable for any loss in value if it is due to unnecessary handling for the purpose of checking the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiration reasons

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

personalized products or goods made to customer specifications

perishable goods or those with a short shelf life

sealed goods for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been removed

It expires prematurely in the case of:

Audio or video recordings or software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed
