If there are signs of wear or damage, stop using the sleeping bag.
The fit of the sleeping bag should always be checked to ensure it fits correctly.
- The sleeping bag must fit well in the shoulder area.
- The head must not fit through the neckline.
- The distance between the feet and the bottom of the sleeping bag should not be less than 10cm.
